Miniature Valves – Cv .02 - .12

These direct operated valves are only millimetres thick and are ideally suited for Semi-con, Medical, Sorting, Carpet and Textile Industries, or any application that requires small size, but increased flow rates.

The Bullet Valve™ represents yet another evolution in air valve technology from MAC.

  • Very few parts
  • Long life lifting solenoid
  • One piece poppet / armature (patents pending)
  • Balanced design
  • Solenoid isolated from contaminated air
  • Unique mounting

The threaded cartridge configuration allows for a variety of mounting possibilities, such as direct integration into pneumatic actuators or vacuum generators without the need of external tubing or fasteners. 2-way & 3-way models of the BV cartridge (9mm & 10mm dia.) are available. A surface manifold mount configuration is also offered.

Direct operated balanced poppet valves utilising a push-type solenoid acting on a balanced poppet.

Small – Cv .03 - 1.2
Direct operated balanced poppet valves utilising a push-type solenoid acting on a balanced poppet.

Large – Cv 1.2 - 15.9
Solenoid operated, balanced poppet designed pilot, utilising a balanced spool on the main body.

ppc-400Proportional Pressure Controller Valves

An innovative product that converts an electrical command signal into a proportional pneumatic output. Digital and Analog versions available. Also includes - Proportional Quick Exhaust and Pressure Control Systems.

Serial I/O Valves

Communications Electronics with a variety of MAC Valves products. Input and Output capability with a variety of industry standard protocols including: Device Net, Profi Bus, AS-I, Remote I/O, Ethernet and Interbus.

International Standards Organisation (ISO) Common Base Interface:

Mac ISO Valves are built to the 5599/1 and 5599/2 standard. They are available in size 02, 01, 1, 2 and 3.
